Return Policy
This Policy explains how returns and remedies apply to tangible goods dispatched from or fulfilled through Khythrandhit. It aligns with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) where your purchase qualifies as a consumer transaction.
Cooling-off communications
Email help@khythrandhit.world within fourteen days of receiving undamaged inventory if you decide not to keep an item for reasons unrelated to defects. Items must remain unused, include original packaging when reasonable, and ship back with tracking information you share with us.
Faulty goods
If a manufacturing flaw appears under ordinary indoor storage, contact us with concise photographs and the order reference. We coordinate repair, replacement, or refund pathways permitted under applicable law after verifying the claim.
Non-returnable categories
Digital downloads after delivery, hygiene-sensitive textiles once opened, or items customised with engraved names may be excluded from voluntary returns except where statute mandates otherwise.
Return shipping
Unless the return arises from our error, outbound postage may be deducted from refunds when prepaid labels are supplied. International customers remain responsible for customs charges unless prohibited by trade agreements.
Processing timeline
Approved refunds target the original payment method within ten business days after returned goods arrive. Banking institutions may add their own settlement delays.
Escalation
Unresolved disputes may be referred to independent mediation services recognised by New Zealand consumer agencies or, where applicable, to the disputes tribunal with jurisdiction over the purchase amount.
